Please arrive at least 1-1/2 hours before your set time to allow time for parking, load in, sound check etc. This will also give you time to enjoy the festivities and the backstage Aloha Lounge before your set. Please carpool if you can!! Parking and traffic will be especially busy Saturday since the Primer Nationals car show is at the Fairgrounds that day. I have attached a site map that shows where band load in is to drop off gear directly across the street from the fairgrounds parking entrance, which is where you will need to move your vehicles after unloading to park. We can help reimburse for parking if need be.
Please reply to this email and confirm you got it. Double check the schedule, let me know how many people are in your band and provide me with a stage plot/ input requirements. Check the backline attachment and make sure to be prepared and bring anything else you need so our changeovers are smooth and we run on time. Cables, picks, 9V Batteries, drumsticks, etc. If there is anything that we need to the backline, please don't hesitate to ask and I'll see if I can arrange it!
We have 30 minute change overs scheduled so we should be fine on time with a backline. I would like each band to have whatever gear they are bringing on stage such as keyboards, staged and ready to swap out as the prior band is playing so we can change over and soundcheck efficiently. If there is extra time between bands, I have a slack key guitar. player/ singer for 'tweeners.
