Each band/artist will be provided one (1) (or two (2)) Garden Street parking passes, depending on the number of members in your group. These allocations have been determined directly by the Ventura County Fair, and unfortunately, we are not able to obtain any additional parking passes beyond what has been allotted.
Please note:
Parking passes are issued per band/artist, not per individual.
Passes are valid for a single day only and are designated for the Garden Street parking lot.
We encourage your group to coordinate carpools whenever possible to make the most of the passes provided.
SPEAKEASY ARTIST CHECK-IN
Once you arrive at the Golden Pony Speakeasy, please check in with Candice or Pennie.
It is the Artist's responsibility to locate a band coordinator or member of the production team, notify them of your arrival, and confirm your stage load-in time.
Please arrive on time. If you are running late, your performance time may need to be shortened to keep the event on schedule.
LOAD IN INFORMATION
Artist load-in begins two (2) hours prior to your scheduled performance time.
Because of the Golden Pony Speakeasy's unique location inside the Ventura County Fairgrounds, this year's load-in process will be different from previous years. Artists will coordinate directly with the production team to ensure a smooth load-in.
IMPORTANT – Artist Responsibility:
The day before your performance, please contact DJ PJ (Production) to arrange an approximate load-in time for the following day. It is the Artist's responsibility to make this contact.
On the day of your performance, loaders will be available to assist with transporting equipment to and from the stage. Upon arriving at the Speakeasy, check in with the production team immediately so we can coordinate your load-in and ensure the event stays on schedule.

ARTIST PARKING LOCATIONS
Due to the venue’s location inside the Ventura County fairgrounds, artist parking will not be provided this year. Please refer to the next section for designated load-in gate. The closest FREE parking location is on Santa Clara Street and Junipero Street. Additional parking information can be found below.

As the Artist is exiting the freeway, they should contact the production team to notify them for load-in. See the on the map above for Artist load-in gate.
SOUTHBOUND on 101 FWY – Exit Ventura Avenue (70a), make an immediate left onto Thompson Blvd. (As Thompson Blvd. curves, it turns into Garden Street).
NORTHBOUND on 101 FWY - Exit California Street, turn right. Make an immediate left on Thompson Blvd. (As Thompson Blvd. curves, it turns into Garden Street).
